Party at Uncle Todd's

12-22-07: My parents and the other adults love to get together to sing, jam on their guitars, eat, and play games, so we kids get a lot of chances to play together! We went to Aidan and Toran's home and we had a blast! Thanks to Uncle Todd and Auntie Axa for inviting all of us over there. They have a really nicely decorated house!

We were also privileged to have our newest pastor, Pastor John, his wife Nancy, and their kids join us as well. I heard they fit right in with the Taboo game the parents were playing. I heard something about "Wow!" and "strapless dresses" but I don't know what that is. Maybe we'll hear about it in his first sermon.

My dad and Uncle Thomas will be playing on Pastor John's praise team called, "GCM". You'll have to guess what that stands for!

Souplantation again!

12-20-07: I told you it was my fave restaurant! Just here with some friends. It rained so we didn't go see the Xmas lights, but we had fun in the restaurant making our own light show with our laser lights!

XRTZ Staff Xmas party

12-17-07 We had our XRTZ staff Xmas party right after getting back from the AA swim meet. Lots of yummy food and we did the gift exchange by playing this new game with dice called, "left right center". It was a blast!

Dead Sea Scrolls

12-15-07 Since I wasn't swimming on Saturday, we went down with some friends to the Dead Sea Scrolls in San Diego. Besides looking at some small, torn-up pieces of paper that my dad says are very important to the Bible, I had a fun time with my friends there, though my dad and Uncle Dee tricked us into thinking we could really talk to each other with the audiophone things.

Winter Challenge AA Meet Invitational

12-14-07 From Thur. to Sun., I and some of my teammates from RST participated in the Winter Challenge AA swim meet. You have to have AA times for whatever our events you're entering. Besides racing, we do a lot of fun things together as a team. It was fun staying in the hotel with my teammates! I also love that we get to eat out every meal!

During this event, I had a "big sister", Marina, who stayed with us in our hotel room. We shared a bed and she claims I kept crossing the line and kicking her, but I doubt that. She also liked to poke my dad, which was funny! And she LOVES food, so we just had to take her to my fave restaurant, Souplantation!

T-day at Grandparent's

11-20-07 We spent the day after T-day at grandpa and grandma's house with Uncle Ivan and Auntie Diane. Relaxed, ate a lot of good food, and played Rummy Roots!

T-day at Elias's

11-20-07 We had a fun homeschool event at the Elias home for Thanksgiving. What a blast! We re-enacted what the Pilgrims did so long ago.

Souplantation with Natalie and cuz'ns

11-18-07 Went to Souplantation with Natalie and her cousins from NorCal. They were, uh, energetic boys, as you can see:

Natalie's b-day

11-17-07 Here are some shots from Natalie's b-day. She turned 12! She's one of my best friends.

Match Girl Performance

11-14-07 This year, I was able to perform in the Match Girl. It was very fun! Check out my pictures that I took backstage.

Claire's b-day video clips

Check out two video clips from my camera. This first one is of the b-day cake ceremony, while the second one is of future concert pianist Carly. Enjoy!

Summer

Claire's 5th b-day!

11-10-07: I had a blast at Claire's b-day yesterday with my friends. I'm sure she did, too. Check out my pictures!
We also found a kitten!

Where's Carly?
Oh, there she is!

You can see the Sabangan girls have a talent for music.

Michelle has a snake in her mouth....aaaaaahhhh!!!

Claire loved all her presents (as long as it wasn't clothes! LOL!).

My dad likes this special effect. Can you guess how I made it red? (Hint: it was NOT done on the computer at all.) Whoever gets it right first will win a prize!

Carly is a good model!

The little kitty was good at climbing.

Blast at the beach!

Oct. 27, 2007: We escaped the smoke from the fires and headed to the beach.

"It's cold!"

The moms bundled up and made sure we were safe.

"Look! I'm standing in a hole!"

"This is going to be a perfect hit!"

"I'm going to get you!"

"Mmmm! Those mud pies look good!"

"Yup, I'm just laying around..."

"Do I throw it there or there?"

"Playing in the sand is so much fun!"

Ballet Fundraiser

Oct. 2007: The School of International Ballet held a fund raiser event at the XRtainment Zone. Dancers, siblings, and parents all had a blast playing the games. We also raised over $150 for the school! Check out the fun we had.....

"Are you still taking pictures?"
The siblings had fun, too.
And so did the parents!
"Hey look, that girl's taking a picture of us!"

As you can see, Jake won the finals!

Hiking Loma Linda Hills

On a nice, Sabbath afternoon, we decided to take a hike in the hills of Hulda Crooks Park, in Loma Linda. Pictured here are Natalie (top), Michelle (left), and Hannah (bottom).

Swimming life

Here are some shots that I took at a recent swim meet. This was in Palm Springs back in May!

These are my teammates diving off the block. Go RST!

Here are some candid shots from another swim meet.

While Heather poses for the picture, Mia looks and thinks, "Isn't that a tiny bit too big?"

The parents worked hard at the RST meet that we hosted!

She's so happy she got her drink!

"Hurry up, my feet are getting cold!"
